Greece Girl’s Trip Travel Guide

Traveling to Greece was such an enjoyable experience. Greece picturesque views were majestic. The land truly had mind blowing sights.

There was no better place to spend my daughter’s 23rd birthday. Accompanying us on the trip was four other women who also shared birthdays in the same month. To maximize our experience but to keep on with the tone of vacation we elected to visit both Athens and Santorini.

Athens, Greece

Athens was filled with kind people. From our arrival to the 1 Enteka, the staff waited on us and went over and above to accommodate our needs. Although we were traveling with all women, Greece felt safe and welcoming. Even as we took out to the nightlife to the bars and to have hookah we walked about feeling as if we fit in with the locals. Well with the exception of one weirdo, who touch one of the woman when walking from the bar.

We visited a few of the historical sites, the Acropolis, and the Temple of Zeus; these ancient artifacts are incredible! And a must see. Below we have curated a list of places that can make your trip well rounded.

After our time exploring in Athens we unquestionably, spent some time doing a bit of luxury shopping. (But be sure to get your VAT tax on your return home)

Santorini, Greece

After a couple of days in Anthens we took a 1 hour flight from Athens into Santorini. There we meet up with friends who had arrived there from Mykonos.

This girl’s trip really allowed us to learn from one another. Sharing life experiences, exchanging laughter, and taking risk was all apart of this journey that I’ll always remember. It was such a great time.

I’m sure you’re thinking …risk?! A risk taken was accepting a gift of homemade wine from one of the locals. Yes, we accepted and drank a store owners’ personal homemade wine. Hey on vacation you should live a little. The people were extremely kind and there was no reason to think ill willed.
