I’m sure like most woman you have experienced a time that you didn’t feel so fresh down there. Let’s face it woman we must take control and learn how to truly have a healthy vaginal hygiene regimen.
Unfortunately, it’s not enough that we deliver baby humans, have a monthly menstrual cycle- that’s often accompanied with unruly PMS, and just when you think you paid your dues boom menopause! As woman, we experience a lot down there.
But nothing is more annoying than BV or a yeast infection.
Let me share with you how to never have to worry about these things again.
We have the honor of keeping our vagina fresh and clean and voiding bad bacteria near and around our Hello Kitty.
If you are like any other woman in this world you have certainly experience a yeast infection, bacteria vaginitis, or a UTI. All are often caused by bad bacteria which genetically changes your personal PH.
There is a way to prevent it for good! Practicing these mindless things will help.
But if by chance you need something to cure it immediate jump below for home remedies and the steps to eliminating it. Otherwise lets look at some of the root causes to reoccurring BV or yeast infection.
As a woman with a very sensitive PH I really had to discover what worked best for me and my Hello Kitty. I literally would run to the doctor for everything that appeared out the norm for instance something as so simple as more discharge then average. To only be told by my doctor it’s a common yeast infection or a bacterial infection.
My doctor explained that on most occasion it could be something as simple as the soap I was using. So I’ve learned over the years how to manage my PH to have optimal vaginal health.
Let’s first start with the DONT’S in avoiding bacterial vaginosis BV and yeast infections.
First, there is never a time you want to use any sort of fragrance down in that region. Never! When selecting a soap, go for a non-fragrance soap or something organic/sensitive. Or maybe even something specifically for vaginal use. My preference is Dove soap. Many people will even advocate to just rinse with water but I can’t bring myself to not using a soap at all.
Secondly, a hairy twat is not sexy! Also pubic hair breeds all sought of bacteria. Yes, your own pubic hair can change your PH. If your big sister haven’t told you this, your pubs should always be trimmed as low as you feel comfortable. My tip wax! Find a great aesthetician and go regularly. I’ve been waxing for over 4 years and I go every 4-6 weeks. European Wax Center https://waxcenter.com/pages/wax-services is a global salon and is where I started getting my waxes. I stand by waxing so much when you book your wax appointment give them my email and zip code (desireedw@hotmail.com /20002) to get your first wax free!
Last but not least, wear the right panties. I know you want to wear those sexy panties when you are visiting with your lover. Or if you need to wear that thong with a chic outfit but girl trust me that’s the only time you should wear them. All other times you should wear 100 % cotton panties. My go to is usually a cute Calvin Klein set that way I still feel sexy. Having breathable fabrics down there is key to avoid bacteria.
How to cure bacterial vaginosis BV or yeast infections immediately
Trying these things can change the health of your vagina immediately. However, if you are suffering from these symptoms currently and need some home remedies until your next doctor’s appointment try these essential tips!
- Fill a tub a third of the way with very hot water( as hot as you can handle) and add two cups of organic sea salt. This immediately restores your PH. Attempt to do it 3 days or as needed. Symptoms are usually gone within the first to second day.
- If you feel irritation it doesn’t hurt to always keep a Monistat cream (external use) on hand in your cabinet to lightly coat for irritation that seem to be closer to yeast infection. If you are managing your PH it’s not likely you will need to actually do the composite inserts of Monistat. Rather manage the pre-symptoms before it actually become a yeast infection
- Most importantly pay attention to your vagina and take heed to what she’s saying to you.
Other tips that will keep your Hello Kitty purring and free of bacterial vaginosis BV and yeast infections
- Use V wipes as needed. I typically carry a travel size Summer’s Eve coconut cleansing wipes. https://www.mytruthlieshere.com/tjz1 don’t worry, its organic! I use it throughout the day or if I’m out late or having an early morning (if you get my drift).
- Use the right condom- I am very sensitive so I use hypoallergenic condoms( Trojans Skyn)
- After sex, always use the restroom! https://www.mytruthlieshere.com/orgasm-women-how-to-start-enjoying-sex-and-ensuring-you-orgasm/
- When you want a hot bath, only use organic bath bombs or bath salts( LUSH and MerSea are perfect!)
- Be mindful of your probiotic intake. This can cause a change in your PH. So I stay far away from vitamins or drinks with a added probiotics.
Definitely, treat your vagina like the queen she is. You only get one and you have to live with it forever! Better understanding your PH is a great start.
Finally, I am not a medical clinician and all suggestions are my personal recommendations and you should consult a doctor in the event you plan to try any of the home remedies. Please consult a doctor as needed
